QR #2...A Record Goes Down

Hanging around after the Rage for some social time:) A few photos


An interesting run of thee Rage this time. An almost unbelievable record time is set by Jordan Johnson 19:25....an incredible 5:22 faster then his last weeks run. Seems unbelievable, but I asked Jordan and he looked me in the face and stated he ran the same course as last week. Good enough for me as I don't know the mate, but we have an easy way of making sure:) Then I forgot his damn swag...next one my brutha. I believe most of us got a beer or 2 though. Stay tuned for next weeks night run.

NEXT WEEK WILL BE A NIGHT RUN, WE ARE MEETING AT THE FIRE PIT IN DENMANS WOODS FOR THE START OF THIS RAGE. SIMPLY RIDE INTO DENMANS GOING BACKWARDS AND YOU'LL FIND US BY THE FIRE:) I WILL HAVE A FEW EXTRA LIGHT FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT DON'T HAVE ONE AND WANT TO THROW DOWN.

12 playah's showed up for the first run of QR. Kent took 1st, and went home with a sweet cycle computer from Specialized, 3 bucks, and a Fat Tire in his belly....all for a quarter:)

Quarter Rage Time Again!

QUARTER RAGE MTB TIME TRIALS

FRIDAYS SEPT. 19th & 26th, OCT. 3rd & 10th

Sept. 19th & 26th will be day time Rages

First rider off at 5:15pm.

Oct. 3rd & 10th will be night time Rages

First rider off at 7:30pm

Start/finish line will be on the paved trail @ North Valley Dr. & Walnut Creek

Riders will start in one minute intervals.

Suggested Donation of $0.25 (That's a quarter, get it?)Fastest time of the day takes home bragging rights, a beer, whatever crap we may round up, and a handful of quarters (We give away the quarters, get it?).

This event is not sanctioned in any way by anybody. You will be riding at your own risk and while helmets, functional bikes, and sobriety are not required, they are strongly recommended.
